Yes, we love Christmas so much we made it our wedding theme&nbsp;and&nbsp;our website name — Ho Ho Ho 🎅🏻 On&nbsp;December 20, 2025, we’ll be saying “I do” at Luke’s family home in Valrico, surrounded by twinkle lights, holiday cheer, and all of you—our favorite people.&nbsp; This site has all the details you’ll need for our wedding weekend: travel, accommodations, schedule, FAQs, and a sprinkle of holiday cheer. &nbsp;We are so grateful for each of you—whether you’re traveling from near or far—and we can’t wait to celebrate the season of love, laughter, and new beginnings with our favorite people. Our Wedding

Olivia attended a family dinner where she met Lucas — her sister-in-law’s cousin. After some friendly conversation (and a few pointed questions), Lucas casually mentioned he had a friend he thought she’d be really compatible with. That friend? His college buddy, Luke Harper. Figuring she had nothing to lose, Olivia gave Lucas the green light to share her number, and a couple of weeks later, the first text came through. What followed was something of a real-life Love is Blind experience: months of texts and long phone calls, getting to know one another without knowing what the other even looked like. Eventually, curiosity and connection led them to plan their first in-person meeting in Miami, Olivia's hometown. Luke came down for 12 days, and by the end of the trip, it was clear something special had begun. Two weeks later, Olivia was in Tampa for her first visit. Everything about their relationship felt easy — filled with laughter, comfort, and that undeniable click that only happens when it’s just right. Whether it’s spending a cozy night in playing video games, kayaking through Florida’s rivers, or taking spontaneous beach trips, Luke and Olivia have always found joy in the simple moments together. On April 26, 2025, Luke proposed in the garden of his parents’ home, surrounded by the scent of blooming gardenias — the same place where they’ll be saying “I do.” They couldn’t be happier to begin this next chapter as Mr. and Mrs. Harper, alongside their beloved dogs, Lucy and Georgie (yes, they’ll be part of the celebration too!).

If you’d prefer a more home-style stay, there are plenty of great Airbnb and vacation rental options near our venue (zip code 33596). This area has a variety of choices—whether you’re looking for a cozy spot for two, a family-friendly home, or a place big enough to share with friends. We recommend searching with zip code 33596 or nearby Brandon, FL, to find something close and convenient.

✈️ Nearby Airports

If you’re flying in, there are a couple of convenient airport options nearby: Tampa International Airport (TPA) – About 25 minutes from our wedding venue area. This is the main airport in the region with plenty of direct flights and easy access to Tampa. St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE) – Roughly 40–45 minutes away. A smaller airport that can be a great option for budget airlines. Orlando International Airport (MCO) – Around 1.5 hours away. A good choice if you’re planning to extend your trip with a visit to Orlando or Disney. We recommend checking flights into Tampa International first, but all three are great options depending on your travel plans.

Travel & Accommodations 

Things to Do in the Tampa & Brandon Area 🌴

December is such a magical time to visit Tampa and the Brandon area! While much of the country is bundled up, you’ll get to enjoy sunny skies and mild temps (usually in the 70s). Here are some fun things to do during your stay: Holiday Lights &amp; Festivities – Tampa’s Riverwalk, Hyde Park Village, and Armature Works all sparkle with beautiful holiday lights. Curtis Hixon Park hosts a massive Christmas tree and seasonal displays perfect for a winter stroll. Busch Gardens Christmas Town 2025 – Just 20 minutes away, Busch Gardens goes all out for the holidays with dazzling light shows, live entertainment, and plenty of festive treats. Winter Village at Curtis Hixon Park – Ice skating, local holiday shops, and cozy treats make this a December must-see in downtown Tampa. Downtown Tampa – Check out the Tampa Riverwalk, Armature Works (a food hall with amazing local eats), and Amalie Arena if you want to catch a concert or event. A Beachy December – Clearwater and St. Pete Beach are lovely for a winter beach walk (and depending on the day, you may still get away with shorts and sandals!). Family Fun in Brandon – Dave &amp; Buster’s and Topgolf are just minutes away if you’re looking for a fun group outing or an easy night of games, food, and laughs. Day Trip to Orlando – About an hour away, Orlando is home to Disney World, Universal Studios, and other world-class theme parks, all decked out for the holidays. If you’re staying a little longer, this is the perfect chance to add a touch of Disney magic to your trip.
